Hello readers, I am excited to embark on this wonderful journey with you all. I decided I should write myself a new introduction, since many of you may not know me. I am Ally Zacek, an 18 year-old college student. I attend DePaul University in Chicago, IL. On top of being a student, I run a fashion blog called Fashionable Youth, that you should definitely check out.
I have started this blog for many reasons, that I'm sure will be covered in posts in the future, but first and foremost, the goal is to track my journey to healthy eating. As per cliche, I decided that my goal for the new year (that being, 2015) is to focus on healthy and clean eating. Because I love food, finding healthy options has always been challenging when Macaroni & Cheese Pizza exists. However, I am determined and ready to begin this phase of my life. After all, isn't college the time to become a hippie and go on juice cleanses?
